RED CIGARETTE BOX WITH ASHTRAY

wooden hand made BOX, painted RED glossy,  Asian cigarette holder, match or lighter holder and metal ash tray , with what appears  to be inlaid shell, gorgeous like mother of pearl ,, inside lid theres writing, a message or sort, from 1968, its gorgeous, but look close at photos, because there are a few small, very small chips on the red paint, please look at all photos because theres a message in the lid, wish I COULD TRANSLATE, thanks for looking.
